This restaurant is perched between the
Temurun Waterfall on one side and the Pebble beach on the other with lush greenery & casuarina trees all around. It's an open air restaurant with few small tables and chairs laid out on the grounds and under the trees. The food is served from a kitchen.
As you drive down the road Jalan Datai towards the Andaman Resort, the restaurant will be on your right and opposite to the entrance of the waterfalls. There is a portable glow-sign next to the kitchen with a large illuminated number 3 standing on it and t.i.g.a written on its base.

The overall atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The friendly owner Nas will help you with the menu that offers some great Malay dishes with large portions and at cheap rates. Some of the great dishes they prepare include stuffed fish, chicken with black sauce, squid salad, crab curry etc.
You can also go for the Nyonya dish (the grandmother's recipe of fusion between Chinese & Malay dishes). The stock is limited and doesn't last for long.
Finish off with a mouth watering chocolate cake or a cup of tea. Nas has pet dogs that move around in the area but won't disturb you.
Ambience is really romantic at night when you can hear the sound of waterfalls in the silence. During the day time, other than visiting the falls, you can also walk down a pathway through the trees to the
Pebble Beach below. This is a beach which is full of small rocks and pebbles.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner (1pm - 11pm). However it's a pity that despite its good will and great offerings that people crave for in such areas, the restaurant often remains closed, particularly during the low season. Also note that the restaurant has gone through changes of ownership in the past.
Location
On Jalan Datai and opposite to the Temurin waterfalls. There is enough car parking space there.
