Classic Langkawi Yacht For Sale
EUR 190,000
If you are seriously looking to buy a classic yacht in Langkawi, perhaps you don't need to look any further. This 72ft/40ton classic Perahu Lambo yacht, now for sale, continues to offer one of the most sought after sunset and private charter cruises in the waters of Langkawi, Malaysia.
Background
The yacht was built at the world renowned boat builder Bonerate in Eastern Indonesia and launched in 1984. It was entirely hand built using the strongest native hardwood (stronger than even teak) and to the specification of maximum strength and durability. It took one year to build the yacht and make it ready for its first sail.
For the next many years, the yacht sailed through the waters of Indonesian Archipelago, South China Sea, Singapore, Malacca Straits, East & West Malaysia, and across the Andaman Sea to Krabi & Phuket in Southern Thailand covering a distance of some 25,000 nautical miles. And now for the past several years, this yacht has become a top favorite in Langkawi for sunset buffet cruises, lunch buffet cruises, private charter cruises, and even overnight party and fishing cruises. It is registered under Langkawi International Yacht Registry (LIYR), Malaysia.
Why is it on sale?
Captain Dr. Hugo and his wife Joanna had been operating their beloved yacht for the past 30 years. They now wish to retire and deservedly so.
