This is a small budget hotel located centrally in Kuah and upstairs in a two-storied building. You won't easily miss this bright pink color building at the corner of a street. However if you arrive at night you may go past it because the sign although large but is not illuminated making it almost invisible at night.
Rooms & Amenities
Like most other budget hotels in Langkawi, the check in time is 2pm (and they say this is the earliest check in time so I doubt if they will allow any early check in should you arrive earlier than 2pm, but there are plenty of stores and coffee shops to pass your time). And the check out time is 12noon.

The hotel has only seven rooms and of two types -
1) Standard which is meant for a couple although you can ask for an extra bed for a child,
2) Family rooms with two Queen size beds which can accommodate 4 persons, however no extra bed will be provided in the family room - there is no space either.
Family room for four
The rooms are simple but generally quite clean. Note that like most other budget hotels, rooms won't be cleaned or beds made during your stay. However when you check in, they will provide a clean room. The rooms have standard amenities such as flat TV (fixed on the wall with a few satellite channels like Discovery, National Geography etc), air conditioning, attached bath with hot & cold shower etc.
The hotel offers free in-room wi-fi as well as in the common areas. Complimentary packaged water is also provided in the rooms. There is a separate smoking area within the premises.
Parking is available in front of the hotel. The nearest popular beach (Pantai Cenang) is about 14kms away. There is a taxi stand right across the street. The popular Night Market (which sets up on Wednesday and Saturday) is also at a short walking distance (only about 300 meters).
Many stores of all kinds including duty free, convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants, money exchangers, local banks are only steps away. In fact the ground floor of the hotel building is lined with stores. There is a nice small coffee shop at the corner of the building with open seating. The hotel itself however doesn't have any dining facility.
My overall opinion
The hotel reception and rooms are upstairs and there is no elevator. So people with mobility challenges can have problems negotiating the stairs.
The in-room TV is really small.
Note that the reception staff go away at night (usually at 10pm) and return in the morning. Sometimes you may not find any staff in the hotel even during the day. However if you don't find anybody, you can always go down to the small shop on the left and tell them what you need in the hotel and they will communicate to the staff.
Wi Fi may not always work as expected.
Avoid rooms near staircase as they can be quite noisy at nights.
If you plan to visit beaches and other island attractions regularly, you will be better off renting a car or a bike, as taxis are the only other transport which can be costly for frequent travels. There is practically no other form of public transport here.
Location is very central with many stores & restaurants around, and even Kuah Ferry Jetty is at a walking distance. This is a big plus for the hotel.
Rooms are simple but nice and usually clean. However do not leave your room with open food kept, it can become a feast for ants.
Staff when available are quite friendly. Even when they are not available you can still easily check in and check out as they make adequate arrangements.
Overall a good value for money.
